our room was absolutely fabulous and beautiful, provided with a large bed, lovely decor, for example. the location was marvellous, 4-6 minutes' walking distance from old town.

Not one thing.

Nice place with helpful staff, everything was good. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Stunning location - short walk to the wine bar, the shop and restaurant on Tuesday night. Also, in the larger Devon area.

Room featured elegant decor. Shower pressure was excellent, and the WiFi ran effortlessly without any slowdowns .

Found the room a bit cramped for comfort, especially with two singles pushed together as a bed. Kitchen setup was lacking essentials. There was just one teaspoon for everything and outdated milk bottles in the fridge. No glass for water in the room made things tricky, and the bathroom door handle felt flimsy. Entry code failed initially in the rain, an inconvenience. I expected a bit more for the price paid.

It was just a smart choice for a speedy visit in Bampton with extraordinarily good value for money. The waitress seemed overwhelmed but still managed to smile while serving us. Definitely double-check your meal before ordering.

Great location and kitchen, but tv was outdated and wifi was spotty.

Enjoyed long beach walks at Exmouth and explored Dartmouth. The place had a cozy kitchen, perfect for late-night snacks. Beds were comfy, and the food was great. Just a lovely atmosphere overall.

We found it odd that there was no separate check-in area.

The stylish decor with rich blue hues and warm ambiance. I especially loved the inviting lounge area.

The beautiful double room was super comfy and had a really nice decor. Its in a perfect location in the lovely village of bampton. The food in the restaurant was delish and the staff were really friendly. The big shower in the room was a highlight for me!

On the downside, the towels weren't replaced when we asked for cleaning, and i think breakfast should be included at the price. It felt a bit weird checking in at the bar with all our bags.

We faced a strange check-in experience at the bar with our bags. I wished breakfast had been included for the price we paid, especially since the towels weren't replaced when we requested cleaning. Despite this, the ambiance and the friendly staff were great. I'd certainly return for the quality of food and comfort of the stay.

Delicious food with a great menu. Unorganized food service at peak times made the experience less enjoyable.

The living space is impressively decorated and very clean. Enjoyed the comfort of the large King Room, particularly the functional TV remote, a rarity elsewhere. The location is ideal, with a nearby parking lot and lovely local spots like The Swan Pub for food.

Charming stay in a beautifully decorated room

We spent one night here and were impressed by the charming decor and ambiance. Our room was spacious, clean, and provided a peaceful escape. The communal areas, including a well-equipped kitchen and inviting lounge, added to the overall experience. One area for improvement could be the heating, somewhat inconsistent .
